Story Sacks

Books, stories and songs play a big part in nursery. We want the children to love books and enjoy sharing them with an adult; this helps them to start seeing themselves as readers.

In nursery we have 30 story sacks that the children can borrow. Each sack has a story inside it, with a selection of other books, objects and costumes linked to the story. The children love taking them home and the extra props really help bring the story to life
