Plimsolls should be kept for indoor use only. KS2 children also require a pair of ‘outdoor’ trainers and may bring jogging bottoms and a sweatshirt to wear for outside PE.
All items of school clothing should be clearly marked with your child’s name.
The ‘Friends’ of the school have certain items of school uniform for sale and hold regular ‘Nearly New’ Sales. Please ask for details.
Children should not wear jewellery to school. Children with long hair need to be able to tie it up for PE and craft activities. In the interest of safety, children should remove earrings for PE. Newly pierced ears will have to be taped over.
Personal Property
Norfolk County Council does not accept responsibility for the loss of any property from the school premises at any time. Parents are strongly advised to make sure that children leave watches, valuables, jewellery and mobile phones safely at home. Where mobile phones are needed for after school arrangements they should be handed to the class teacher during the day for safe keeping.
