Spring Term 2

What’s in the wild?

As part of Science Week we learnt about water and how it can be changed.

Spring Term 1

We began our term visiting the Theatre Royal Norwich to watch Jack and the Beanstalk! We had a great time!

We went on to write our own version of the story!


Autumn Term 2

This half term we discovered an egg! We began by thinking about which types of animals lay eggs and what could be inside our egg!

October 2016

This half term we have been busy learning, challenging ourselves and getting used to being in Year 2! We thoroughly enjoyed our first enquiry, which asked the question “Where is Wally in Norwich and how did he get there?! As part of this enquiry we have learnt to name the continents and the countries that make up the United Kingdom. We also learnt about geographical features of Norwich. We visited Father James at River Green Church as part of this enquiry.

We began our first few weeks of Year 2 learning about worms and how they help us! We were lucky to find some in our vegetable patch!
