Hillside Avenue Primary and Nursery School

Welcome to Hillside Avenue Primary and Nursery School, a village school on the edge of the city. Founded in 1937, Hillside Avenue has a proud history of nurturing children to achieve their best every day. We aim to create a learning environment like no other. The school building is light and spacious, whilst also feeling warm and secure. The grounds are extensive and are used every day to enable children to participate in sport, learn outside and even start the school day with a run through the 'forest' at the front of the school. Through our knowledge rich curriculum, we aim to give every child the chance to flourish, as we grow together to be the best we can be.

Broad Horizons Education Trust

We are proud to form part of Broad Horizons Education Trust, a group of forward-looking Academy Schools who work closely together to provide children with an excellent, broad based education. The Trust formed in July 2022 as a merger between The Yare Education Trust and Boudica Schools Trust.
