Making a Complaint
At Hillside we want our pupils to be healthy, happy and safe and to achieve to their full potential. We recognise that parents, guardians and carers play an important part in making this happen. Co-operation between parents, staff and governors leads to a shared sense of purpose and to a good atmosphere within the school. However, there may be times when issues arise that need to be addressed.
Our Complaints Policy is available on the Trust policies page.
