Welcome to Hillside Avenue Primary & Nursery School!

We will be holding two Open Days for parents of children starting Reception or Nursery in September 2024. Our Open Days will run for approximately an hour, beginning with a meeting in the school hall for a short presentation and information about the school. You will be able to meet myself (headteacher) and other school staff. We will then show you around the whole school so that you can see the school in action and get a feel of who we are and how life is at Hillside Avenue. The Open Days are as follows:

        Monday 13th November 2023 starting at 9:15 and 

        Tuesday 14th November 2023 starting at 1:30.

In addition, we will be holding six open sessions where you can come to spend time with your child in our Reception and/or Nursery classes. These will be half-hour long sessions and will be held on the following dates:

       Monday 2nd October 10-10:30

       Thursday 5th October 2-2:30

       Wednesday 1st November 10-10:30

       Thursday 2nd November 2-2:30

       Thursday 7th December 2-2:30

       Monday 11th December 10-10:30

In addition to our in-person open events, we have also brought the school to life online through videos. These show our school, nursery and reception classes and we hope the videos give a good flavour of life at Hillside Avenue.
